Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Transition Strategy Partner to support prospects and customers from pre-sale through implementation and transition. This role reduces time to close, optimizes solution configuration, and delivers exceptional onboarding experiences for PEO, ASO, and OMS products.

The position involves coordinating across Sales, Customer Experience, Technical, and Operations teams, with travel to client locations and a strong focus on proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of consultative or account management experience.
• Typically 1+ years of Sales Support and/or Implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Consultants and prospects from sales through onboarding and implementation.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to recommend configurations and identify utilization opportunities.
• Advocate for customers by identifying gaps, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Experience, Technical, Operations).
• Maintain knowledge of TriNet’s core products and services.
• Escalate complex onboarding scenarios and coordinate with internal teams.
• Educate customers on setup activities, product functionality, and ongoing responsibilities.
• Proactively engage clients to ensure high service standards and seamless transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and onboarding practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
