Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Texas is seeking a Transition Manager to plan, lead and manage the transition portion of outsourcing engagements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction while effectively utilizing staff. You will create transition solutions and present them to clients through every sales cycle phase.

The role requires deep experience in managing transitions within a global delivery framework, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to navigate matrix management

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of sales, solution development and delivery experience with large SI/Big 3 Consulting Company.
• Experience using a global delivery model to support requirements in application development, maintenance and infrastructure services.
• Experience pursuing and managing third party adviser led engagements (ISG, KPMG, Alsbridge, etc.).
• Ability to develop/maintain positive client relationships and monitor client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in a matrix management environment.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.

Create the transition solution, and present the solution to the client during every phase of the sales cycle.

• 10-15 years of sales, solution development and delivery experience with large Systems Integrator/Big 3 Consulting Company (someone who is responsible for delivering what they design and sell)
• Experience using a global delivery model to support customer requirements in application development, application maintenance, and infrastructure services
• Experience in pursuing and managing third party adviser led engagements (ISG, KPMG, Alsbridge, etc.)
• Ability to develop/maintain positive client relationships and monitor client satisfaction
• Demonstrated success in a matrix management environment
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent

Salary Range: $129,888-$170,496 a year
