Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and Special Education Endorsement, TVI, or TOD required.
• Experience working with students with disabilities in vocational education is preferred.
• Proven ability to build connections with businesses and market programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with identifying employment opportunities and preparing resumes.
• Coordinate work-based learning experiences with partners and employers.
• Provide job coaching and on-the-job support.
• Maintain program records and data in software.
• Meet with Transition Coordinator to match participants with opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality.
