RideCo Inc. seeks a Training and Development Manager in the New York area or remote within the Eastern US. You will blend client-facing duties with internal training to drive operational excellence across dispatch teams, drivers, and transit agencies.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, change management, and creating scalable learning resources. Candidates should have 5–10 years in transit or similar tech-enabled operations, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 60% in

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.
Experience developing training materials for technical software.
Ability to manage multiple training projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop training strategy and implementation plans aligned with project launches.
Deliver in-person, in-vehicle, and virtual training sessions and support adoption.
Lead change communications and identify knowledge gaps with clients.
Create training materials including slide decks, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
Maintain internal knowledge base (Confluence) and support knowledge sharing.
Build client-facing self-service resources and documentation for new features.
Provide feedback to product teams to improve usability and UX.
Collaborate with Marketing to create educational content for the website.
