Job summary

Y2Marketing seeks a Lead Stations Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transit station activities, ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. You will coordinate workflow, provide guidance, and serve as the on-shift lead when a supervisor isn't present.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in transportation or station operations, and demonstrated leadership. You will collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, security, and other teams to keep stations running

Qualifications

• 3+ years in transportation, customer service, or station operations.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bus arrivals/departures and pedestrian traffic at transit stations.
• Provide professional customer service and accurate schedule information.
• Monitor safety protocols and address safety concerns proactively.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, security, and operations teams.
• Prepare shift reports detailing operations and disruptions.
