Keolis Commuter Services (KCS) seeks a Station Manager in the Boston area to lead safe, efficient operation of all commuter rail stations. You will drive customer service excellence, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites, while coordinating with MBTA and local authorities.

The role emphasizes safety, operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with a comprehensive benefits package and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Transport and station operations experience is required.
• Knowledge of health, safety and security regulations is essential.
• Strong focus on customer experience and engagement.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Good problem solving and decisive decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safe and efficient operation of all stations on the commuter rail network.
• Deliver operational standards for all station staff and manage staff competence.
• Act as duty manager; oversee day-to-day station activities and service disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and asset presentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and oversee event/change plans.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and drive service excellence.
• Manage frontline teams, training, performance, and development.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across stations.
• Deliver within budgets and enforce ticketing policies.
• Represent the organization with MBTA and other authorities as needed.
