Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Transit Enforcement in Denver, CO to protect riders and property at a busy transit location. The role emphasizes customer service, vigilant patrols, and professional incident response.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. A minimum of one year security experience is expected; pepper spray certification and licenses are preferred. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document activities as required.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors, reporting suspicious activity.
• Complete incident reports and shift handoffs per procedures.
