Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Transit Unarmed in Denver, CO to monitor transit facilities, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service to passengers and staff. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and support orderly movement of passengers and visitors.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly.
