Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 21+ for armed roles; 18+ for unarmed.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, report unauthorized entry or hazards per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, contacting transit personnel or emergency services.
• Complete reports and incident documentation with clear communication.
