Qualifications

• 3+ years of security-related experience or college degree.
• Armed Guard Card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and others by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at transit facilities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, suspicious activity, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with crowd management during peak travel periods while reporting hazards or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and maintain communication with supervisors and law enforcement partners.
