Allied Universal in Jamaica, NY, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Route Checks to safeguard transit facilities and support daily operations. You will drive routes, perform patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors.

This full-time role requires a New York Security Guard license, 6 months security experience, a valid driver’s license, and being 18+ (21+ for armed roles).

Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License required.
• At least 6 months of security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• 18+ years of age (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors during patrols.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of depots, terminals, and parking areas.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, report unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, documenting actions taken.
• Maintain logs and shift communications per policy.
