Job summary

Qualifications

• Unexpired CDL class B with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC area is essential.
• Knowledge of Trapeze software is desired, but not required.
• Transit experience is highly desired.
• Prior experience working with unionized employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance records and track attendance points per company policy and union contract.
• Review scheduling practices and provide recommendations for efficiency.
• Ensure produced schedules are achievable and efficient.
• Maintain and update attendance records for Bus Operators and track attendance points.
• Collaborate with Driver Managers and union representatives to review attendance issues and support actions as needed.
• Utilize tools to manage phone and email correspondence related to call-outs, late arrivals, and scheduling disruptions.
• Maintain and update DCS coding for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Produce daily reports to relay scheduling changes to Operations Management.
