Zusammenfassung

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Route Scheduler to develop and maintain transit routes, including Head Start, field trips, and daily assignments. You will manage transportation enrollment criteria, add/change service requests, and disseminate routing information to drivers and centers.

The role supports the agency’s mission of serving Fresno County with reliable transportation services; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

Receive, disseminate and record information pertinent to maintaining transportation scheduling software.
Utilizes routing software to place all transportation referrals on the most efficient route.
Monitors placements for optimal efficiency and meet on-board time constraints.
Communicates and coordinates all route planning with supervisors.
Schedules all routes for daily assignments and reviews with supervisors.
Cross-trains designated personnel on routing software and scheduling as needed.
Maintains professional standards in communicating with program clients.
Travels for agency business using reliable transportation.
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
Works evenings and weekends as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
