Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or minimum five years' progressively responsible experience in passenger operations, transportation planning, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with GIS routing and planning software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling/Transportation Service Coordination using GIS/programs.
• Maintain participant records in GIS and Excel; provide monthly reports to the manager.
• Maintain records for Purchase of Service (POS) and transportation passes.
• Collaborate with contracted transportation vendors on changes, additions, and service expectations.
• Prepare and maintain digital files for transportation planning and vendor contracts.
