Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of transit supervisory experience with emphasis on safety preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and transit software tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture at the location.
• Ensure operators are fit-for-duty and scheduling complies with policies.
• Oversee pre- and post-trip procedures and on-time performance for routes.
• Prepare reports and respond to service-related assignments.
• Conduct driver training and safety courses as needed.
• Investigate incidents and assist with accident reports and OSHA documentation.
• Communicate job requirements to drivers and manage day-to-day scheduling.
