Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reserves passenger trips within county requirements using automated scheduling system.
• Provides excellent customer service by answering inquiries and handling complaints.
• Liaises between clients and Operations Supervisor to resolve service issues.
• Inputs changes and cancellations into the scheduling database.
• Maintains knowledge of Fort Bend County roads and METRO routes.
• Participates in emergency management duties during disasters as directed.
