Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 12 years of practical experience including 4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees operating budgets for the group and coordinates with the office budget.
• Oversees group activities, assigns staff to projects and collaborates on work-sharing needs.
• Drives strategic plan and SSA process on project pursuits and markets.
• Leads contracting activities including scope, work plan, and fee reviews.
