• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12 years of experience, including 6 years delivering mega projects.
• Progressive experience delivering complex transit programs in a director-level capacity.
• Proven growth in client management, winning proposals and expanding fee volume.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on politically sensitive planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and serves as the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Communicates with clients to identify needs and evaluate strategic solutions.
• Responsible for financial performance on projects and oversight of budgets, schedules and scope.
• Staffing projects by coordinating with leaders to staff per the Work Plan.
• Leads pursuits of mega and super mega projects and supports SSA-driven opportunities.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
