Job summary

HNTB seeks a Senior Risk Manager to provide leadership in risk management for major transit programs and projects. You will develop and implement risk processes, facilitate workshops, and maintain risk registers, partnering with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.

You will mentor staff, support contingency recommendations, and help ensure program success across multiple locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 16 years of relevant experience; alternatively 12 years direct contractor experience.
• Experience leading risk management in major transit or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with FHWA/FTA/FRA/FAA risk processes and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management processes, including risk registers and contingency planning.
• Lead risk workshops, analyses, and reporting to project stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate risk activities across teams.
