New Flyer foresees a Director of Quality - Transit to lead quality across transit manufacturing operations. You will set the direction for Transit Quality, ensure an effective QMS, and build capable teams addressing the issues impacting customers and the business.

You will lead Transit plant Quality Managers, drive containment and root-cause analysis, and support ISO 9001 registration and audits while collaborating across functions to deliver measurable improvements and sustained quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading transit quality teams.
• Proven track record with QMS and ISO 9001.
• Ability to set metrics and drive improvement.
• Clear communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Translate quality strategy into action plans across Transit plants.
• Lead Transit plant Quality Managers and ensure QMS execution.
• Oversee containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support ISO 9001 registration and audits.
