Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in transportation, transit, or public infrastructure projects.
• Three years of experience administering construction and consultant contracts.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering technology and construction terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for assigned small-scale capital improvement projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and coordination.
• Assist in contract administration by ensuring documents are submitted, updated, and distributed; monitor schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate activities with contractors, consultants, utilities, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing RFIs, contractor pay applications, and procurement documentation.
• Support material testing coordination and ensure compliance with contract documents.
