Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead project delivery plan using SDA; develop and execute the project management plan; mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development; build client relationships and pursue strategic opportunities; prepare proposals and presentations.
