Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' experience in project management for planning/public policy/transportation.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, capital project development, transit operations, and public sector operations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive program plan.
• Coordinate across planning, operations, capital, finance, and admin teams.
• Engage internal/external stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
• Identify barriers, risks, and mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Ensure alignment with agency priorities, equity goals, and cross-functional objectives.
• Champion Sound Transit values in day-to-day work and culture.
