Job summary
LA Metro is seeking a program-level leader to supervise the Transit Ambassador Program's daily field operations, setting goals and schedules aligned with the bargaining agreement and safety priorities. You will develop deployment strategies to meet service needs and approve staffing and special event plans to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications
- Six years of relevant experience or three years of supervisory-level experience in project management, project funding and financing, or project delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Public Administration, Political Science or a related field.
- Valid California Class C Driver License or ability to use alternative transportation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret policies and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and set deployment strategies.
- Approve staffing and event plans; monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and safety policies.
- Review and approve Ambassador reports; respond to customer comments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor project budgets and schedules.
