Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Urban or Transportation Planning, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Six years of relevant experience or three years supervisory experience in transportation planning, project management, or related area.
• Valid California Driver License or equivalent transportation method.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, funds, and analyzes complex programs and projects.
• Manages staff, consultants, and/or projects as needed.
• Develops and negotiates scopes of work and participates in negotiations with contractors.
