Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Confidentiality of all information is essential.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong reading and language comprehension.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
• Ability to gather and summarize information.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with team at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Gather facts from vendors, family, staff and Regional Center personnel for each incident.
• Document effective resolutions to help riders continue using curb-to-curb transportation.
• Create Individualized Transportation Plans (ITP) for participants.
• Maintain Incident Report Log and MS Access records.
• Coordinate training with transportation vendors for ITP implementation.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and fiscal year reports.
• Handle high-volume calls and notify service schedule changes.
