Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable, not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide general passenger assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Give accurate information regarding ticket purchases and routes to the public.
• Assist customers with ticket vending machines, mobile ticketing, and fare validation.
• Sell transit tickets and provide correct change.
• Represent MTS at community outreach events in a positive manner.
