Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Class B driver (Passenger and Air brakes endorsement).
• 3 years Supervisor experience in Transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with dispatch.
• Be a liaison between management, dispatch, and drivers.
• Monitor driver performance KPIs.
• Assist operations and fleet management with audits.
• Provide training to drivers.
