Job summary

Transdev in Burnsville, MN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily location operations. The role focuses on safety and customer service, with a competitive pay range and standard corporate benefits.

The position is non-CBA, full-time and requires supervising check-in of drivers, coordinating bus rotations, and supporting daily location functions while ensuring compliance with DOT rules. A CDL and supervisory background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A or B with Passenger endorsement.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the check-in process of drivers including fitness for duty inspection, uniform and credential check, and assignment of buses.
• Coordinate bus rotation, trips and driver break times by the assignment of Customer Service Representative personnel and vehicles.
• Other duties as required.
