Qualifications

• Two years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Leadership experience in fixed-route, paratransit, or similar operation preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily transit operations, including fixed-route and paratransit services.
• Monitor service performance, route adherence, on-time performance, and system efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies and service standards.
• Coordinate response to service disruptions, emergencies, and customer incidents.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to service delivery and resource utilization.
