Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Transit/Transportation supervisory, dispatch or combination experience preferred.
• Computer literate to include intermediate experience with MS Office products is required.
• Prior leadership experience of a Fixed Route, Paratransit or similar sized operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily transit operations, including fixed-route, paratransit, and demand‑response services.
• Monitor service performance, route adherence, on‑time performance, and system efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Coordinate response to service disruptions, emergencies, accidents, severe weather events, and customer incidents.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to service delivery and resource utilization.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operations supervisors and frontline transportation personnel.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct employee evaluations.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention, training, and succession planning initiatives.
