Qualifications

• Three years of managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage public transportation operations.
• Supervise Transit System Drivers, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and agency procedures.
• Coordinate ongoing training for transportation staff (CPR/First Aid, defensive driving, etc.).
• Train new drivers on policies, documentation, and communication expectations.
• Oversee scheduling and daily transportation operations for efficient service.
• Address customer service issues related to transportation, scheduling, and accessibility.
• Maintain records and compliance documentation.
