Job summary

Mountain Line in Flagstaff seeks an Operations Manager to lead safe, reliable fixed-route transit service. You will oversee Dispatchers, Supervisors, and Ambassadors, ensuring day-to-day operations meet service standards and customer expectations.

You will partner with leadership to optimize performance and throughput across multiple routes. The role requires experience in transit or operations management, strong scheduling and data-analysis skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in transit/operations management with oversight of daily service delivery.
• Scheduling, resource planning, and coordinating multi-route or multi-service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed-route service delivery to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Directly supervise Transit Dispatchers, Transit Supervisors, and Transit Ambassadors.
• Partner with Driver Managers and Operations leadership to meet performance standards and continuous improvement goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and regulatory requirements, and manage incidents/detours as needed.
