Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience with responsibility for employee performance, attendance, safety, and service delivery.
• Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement, or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach transit operators to ensure safe, professional performance and service delivery.
• Monitor attendance, performance, conduct, and employee engagement; maintain records.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety-related events; provide follow-up and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager to promote consistent leadership and operational excellence.
