• Full understanding of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment, safety, DOT, and FTA compliance.

• Effectively manage customer relations through both direct contact and outreach programs.
• Identify, select, train, and mentor location staff.
• Oversee safety and training programs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
