Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Strong leadership and people-skills for supervising bus operators.
• Experience in dispatch or field operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day field operations for all routes.
• Directs and assigns work, coaches employees, and handles discipline as needed.
