Responsabilités

• Assist Operations Manager in coordinating daily transit operations.
• Provide oversight to supervisors and lead employees.
• Monitor service levels, staffing, and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operators, and other departments.
• Assist with driver bids, schedules, and route changes.
• Provide dispatch backup when needed and monitor policy compliance.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service disruptions.
• Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Assist in budgeting and resource planning.
