Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with dispatch in Operations regarding delays in bus, rail and ferry operations.
• Responds to customer inquiries on routes, schedules, fares, and other HRT services with complete information.
• Answers telephone inquiries and provides information about HRT services.
• Updates route information and customer alerts; handles complaints and inquiries.
• Operate transit information systems and provide clerical support.
• Maintain records in compliance with Records Management Policies.
