Responsibilities

• Answers phone inquiries on routes, schedules, tracking, fares, and payment options with accurate information.
• Assists customers with mobile fare payment accounts and service enrollment.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operates a multi-line phone system and supports the front desk/ switchboard as needed.
• Picks up lost and found items and disseminates information at transit locations.
• Responds to incidents, emergencies, and safety procedures as required.
