Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to plan, execute, and control multi-million dollar fixed-price NRE programs delivering payment and information solutions for automated toll-fare collection across major municipalities in the Washington DC region.

The role focuses on serving as the customer-facing PM for Mobile Application solutions, with travel 10-20% and preference for residing in the DC area (DC, MD, or VA).

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in electronic, software or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Project management or program management experience on high risk/high value programs is preferred.
• PM certification (PMP) is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project management plans using PMO best practices.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract requirements across the program.
• Develop and manage complex development schedules with Primavera support.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage customer expectations.
• Communicate program status to executive leadership monthly.
