Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in electronic, software or mechanical engineering or related technical discipline, plus eight years of related technical or engineering experience.
• PMP certification is highly recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional program teams.
• Familiarity with government procurement, contracting, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project management plans using PMO methodology to fit stakeholders' needs and budgets.
• Oversee all phases of programs from inception to completion, including procurement, subcontracting, and delivery.
• Develop complex development schedules with Primavera support and ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
• Communicate status to executive leadership on a monthly basis and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Travel domestically and internationally 10–20% as required.
