Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Sr Project Director to lead development and execution of the project management plan on multi-year, multi-million dollar transit programs. You will act as the main client liaison, overseeing contracting, controls, quality, risk, and change management while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should have extensive experience directing complex transit projects, with strong leadership, negotiation, and long-term strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 12+ years of experience with mega/super mega transit or similar programs.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and project delivery across large teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains key client relationships; primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance: cash, budget, schedule, scope, and client satisfaction.
