Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a management capacity overseeing a fixed-cost transit property or operation.
• Experience directing 10+ employees (fleet techs/service workers/cleaners).
• Experience with large bus fleets (300+) and multiple locations.
• Ability to track parts inventories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills across all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance for fixed route bus operation.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and generate routine reports.
• Manage budget for a large maintenance transit program.
• Interface with client and coordinate with multiple sites and vendors.
