Job summary

WeDriveU in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance program for a large transit fleet. You will schedule, supervise, and coordinate repairs with in-house and external providers while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet management with 70+ buses.
• Experience with Cummins engine repair.
• Cummins ASE Master Technician preferred; ASE L3 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs per guidelines and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling with in-house and 3rd party providers.
• Manage preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs for the fleet.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure regulatory compliance inspections.
