The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking an IT Business Analyst to act as a system steward and liaison for enterprise systems such as OnRoute, HASTUS, MDTs, and MDT-genfare integrations. You translate operational needs into system requirements, support configuration, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

You will work with Transportation Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch, and business users to document workflows, analyze gaps, and drive improvements while coordinating with IT

• Experience with enterprise systems (OnRoute, HASTUS, MDTs).
• Strong data governance and reporting focus.

• Serve as functional owner for assigned business systems.
• Document workflows and analyze gaps to identify improvements.

• Coordinate access, backups, and dependencies with IT teams.
