Responsibilities

• Distributes information to visitors, including maps, brochures, and general information.
• Responds to voicemails, emails, and online comments with timely and courteous written and verbal replies.
• Reviews transit information daily to ensure accuracy on the website and related apps.
• Handles pass sales and cash, balances cash drawer, and reconciles pass inventory.
• Records incidents and customer feedback using internal software; supports travel training programs.
