Job summary

TransWest Mobility is seeking a Transit Hub Lead in Redmond, WA to deliver top-tier customer service and help clients navigate our transportation network. You will greet clients, answer inquiries, and coordinate with drivers to ensure safe, smooth experiences as clients arrive and depart work locations.

Responsibilities include leading frontline team members, tracking ridership data, and conveying feedback to leadership for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven ability to lead peers and coordinate shift activities.
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be able to walk and stand for the entirety of shift.
• Able to communicate proficiently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with outgoing, positive attitude.
• Work cross-functionally with other TransWest team members to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate and instruct riders on ridership apps and technology offerings.
• Represent TransWest professionally and be approachable for clients arriving or departing work locations.
• Interact with customers positively and track ridership and vehicle arrival/departure data.
• Be knowledgeable about our brand and services and operate TransWest technology to provide schedule information.
• Provide relevant customer feedback to leadership and support process improvement.
• Lead and support Frontline Team Members to ensure task execution and positive teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
