Job summary

TransWest Mobility is seeking a Road Supervisor in Redmond, WA to oversee 20+ shuttle drivers and support staff. You will ensure on-time starts, manage fleet movement, and lead driver recruitment and training while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires CDL A or B, passenger endorsements, and DOT medical certification, with a competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.
2+ years of driving experience in shuttle or point-to-point transportation with a 10,000 GVWR+ vehicle.
Experience coaching, mentoring or training drivers.
Strong defensive driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance requirements.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and public speaking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide front line supervision to drivers and staff for the Shuttle Transportation Program (20+ team members).
Ensure efficient pull-outs and on-time starts for all shuttle routes.
Assign vehicles, update signage, and ensure paperwork is complete.
Work with Operations Manager on fleet management and asset movement.
Oversee fleet of 20+ shuttles and support vehicles.
Conduct driver recruitment, onboarding, and training; driver's certifications.
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance; investigate incidents as needed.
