Job summary

TransWest in Redmond, WA is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee front-line supervision for 20+ drivers and support staff, ensuring safe, timely shuttle operations from pull-out through route completion.

You will coordinate fleet movement with the Operations Manager, assign vehicles, monitor on-time performance, and lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and training to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading or supervising a team.
• 2+ years shuttle driving experience.
• Experience coaching drivers.
• Strong defensive driving skills.
• DOT/FMCSA safety knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document incidents clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card current.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20+ drivers and staff.
• Ensure on-time shuttle pull-out at start of each shift.
• Assign vehicles and manage route signage and paperwork.
• Coordinate fleet movement with Operations Manager.
• Oversee fleet of 20+ shuttles and support vehicles.
• Schedule repairs with Operations Manager.
• Maintain fleet cleanliness and supplies.
