Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager in Irvine, CA to oversee our driver training program, including classroom instruction for new hires and incumbents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will design schedules, produce reports, manage trainers, maintain training records, and develop continuing training for operators, while acting as a backup to the Safety Manager and supporting safety initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ODP classroom instruction meeting Transdev requirements.
• Design training schedules for newly hired and existing employees.
• Produce reports and maintain all training documents to support training activities.
• Manage and oversee classroom trainers, BTW’s and revenue trainers.
• Create, implement, and maintain effective training schedules for classroom, BTW and revenue training.
• Schedule training with safety training team.
• Maintain all training records.
• Develop continuing training to ensure operator success.
• Act as backup to Safety Manager as required.
• Other duties as required.
